Party Packages can be loads of fun that's why we put safety first and will need to know the following:

Where exactly will the items be setup?
What is the path from delivery truck to setup area? For example: are there gates, curbs, steps, rough terrain, hills, etc.?
What type of surface will the items be setup?
Are there any trees, structures, power lines located near where the items will be setup?
Are there any water, gas, or power lines below ground near where the items will be setup?

All inflatables must be staked or weighted down and we will need to know the correct equipment to bring.

An adult needs to be present at all times.

Party Package setups may be canceled/rescheduled due to bad weather or high winds over 15 mph. If you want we will still setup in light rain or short/fast moving storms as long as the inflatables are turned off 30 mins before storms arrival.

Delivery & Setup Fees

Delivery and setup fees are based on the one-way mileage from Kingsport Lane, Chesterfield, VA 23225 to the event location. The fee includes delivery, setup, breakdown, and pickup.

Mileage Rates

Up to 10 miles: $40 flat rate
11–24 miles: $4 per mile
25-49 miles: $5 per mile
50–99 miles: $6 per mile
100–149 miles: $7 per mile
150–200 miles: $8 per mile

Additional Information

Some deliveries may require setup the day before the event and/or breakdown the day after the event. There is no additional charge for this when needed.
If you require a specific or exact drop-off time, please let us know in advance so we can schedule accordingly.
