Mini golf can be loads of fun that's why we take safety first. We will need to know the path from delivery truck to setup area. Are there any gates, curbs, steps, hills, rough terrain, etc. we need to know that will impede setup?

Delivery & Setup Fees

Delivery and setup fees are based on the one-way mileage from Kingsport Lane, Chesterfield, VA 23225 to the event location. The fee includes delivery, setup, breakdown, and pickup.


Mileage Rates

  • Up to 10 miles: $40 flat rate 
  • 11–24 miles: $4 per mile 
  • 25-49 miles: $5 per mile
  • 50–99 miles: $6 per mile 
  • 100–149 miles: $7 per mile 
  • 150–200 miles: $8 per mile
     

Additional Information

  • Some deliveries may require setup the day before the event and/or breakdown the day after the event. There is no additional charge for this when needed. 
  • If you require a specific or exact drop-off time, please let us know in advance so we can schedule accordingly.
